29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location:    (a) George Washington Bridge Security Guard Posts 1, 8 & 9: Booths that became wet from leaks in the booth and from wet outerwear worn while security personnel executed their rounds during wet weather conditions did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel, on or about April 30, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(4): Portable electric equipment and flexible cords that was used in highly conductive work locations (such as those inundated with water or other conductive locations) or in job locations where employees were likely to contact water or conductive liquids were not approved for those locations.  (a) George Washington Bridge Security Guard Posts 1, 8 & 9: Metal Security booths became wet from leaks in the booth and from wet outerwear worn while security personnel executed their required rounds during wet weather conditions, but the equipment was not approved for wet locations, on or about April 30, 2014.
