29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Along the west side wall of the machine maintenance shop, on or about June 03, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the following fixed power source enclosures, had unused openings along the bottom and sides of the electrical distribution panel boxes that were not effectively closed: a) Along the west side wall of the machine maintenance shop, the fixed power enclosure controlling the electrical power to the Miller Syncrowave model 250 welding generator. b) Along the west side wall of the machine maintenance shop, the fixed power enclosure controlling the electrical power to the Vectrax MSC model 09517350 lathe machine. c) Along the west side wall of the machine maintenance shop, the fixed power enclosure controlling the electrical power to the Vectrax MSC model 09514639 vertical band saw. d) Along the west side wall of the machine maintenance shop, the fixed power enclosure controlling the electrical power to the Manhattan MSC model YF-TM2 milling machine. e) Along the west side wall of the machine maintenance shop, the fixed power enclosure controlling the electrical power to the battery charger system. f) Along the west side wall of the machine maintenance shop, the fixed power enclosure controlling the electrical power to the plasma arc and blower system. g) Along the west side wall of the machine maintenance shop, the fixed power enclosure controlling the electrical power to the electrical heater system.
