29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) At the site where employees were removing and replacing roof shingles on the 5:12 pitched roof a conventional or alternative fall protection system was not provided to protect them from the 13 foot fall hazard, on or about May 29, 2014.
