29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: On or about June 4, 2014 at 1801 Sherwood Forest Blvd. Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the employer allowed employees to use an overturned 5 gallon bucket to gain height on the scaffold system. Employee was working from the third working platform at the time of the violation.
