Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  On or about 6/4/14 at 401 East Tomlinson Street in McDonough, GA; Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using the metal frame and braces to access and egress from the scaffold system at about 13 feet from ground level without a ladder being installed.
