29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: a) At lot#38, North Wynn, Wynnward Way, Sharpsburg, GA- The employer was using a Makita Circular Saw , Model 5007F with a wood shim that prevented the lower guard from returning automatically to the blade covering position, exposing an employee to laceration and amputation hazards while cutting framing and sheathing materials.
