29 CFR 1926.602(a)(4): All earthmoving equipment mentioned in this section,1926.602(a), did not have a service braking system capable of stopping and holding the equipment fully loaded as specified in Society of Automotive Engineers SAE-J237, Loader Dozer recommendations: a) 3200 Bordentown Avenue, Old Bridge, NJ 08857: Employer failed to maintain the braking system on a 1988 Trojan 2000Z Tire Loader as required by the Society of Automotive Engineers SAE-J237 recommendations, in that the braking system was not capable of stopping and holding the equipment fully loaded. Condition occurred on or about June 3, 2014.
