29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level. Location - Facility On or about June 3, 2014, employees were working in areas where lead was being used for wave soldering and selective soldering. They were also hand soldering with wire containing lead and removing dross from the lead operations. No initial determination was made by the company to see if these employees were exposed above the action level.
