29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(v): Procedures and schedules for cleaning, disinfecting, storing, inspecting, repairing, discarding, and otherwise maintaining respirators; The employer's procedures for accessing selected respirators were inadequate in that the storage location for employee selected and fit-tested respirators was not included as a provision of the written program.
