29 CFR 1910.110(b)(14)(viii): Fuel supply containers not gaged and charged only in the open air or in buildings especially provided for that purpose. a) In the back of the facility, by the propane bulk storage tank, on or about and at times prior to June 5, 2014, the employer did not ensure that portable propane cylinders used to supply fuel to the company's powered industrial trucks had gauges, exposing employees to the hazards associated with fire, skin, and eye injuries. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
