29 CFR 1926.304(f): All woodworking tools and machinery did not meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery: Section 4.1.2(b), Circular hand-fed rip saws were not equipped with a spreader to prevent material from pinching saw or being thrown back on the operator and/or Section 4.1.2(c), Non-kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or throw it back toward the operator:  (a) Dunkin Donuts construction site, 2836 North Clairemont Avenue, Eau Claire, WI; A Rockwell ShopSeriers RK7240.1 hand-fed rip saw was not equipped with a spreader or non-kickback fingers/dogs.
