29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of ACM waste and debris and accompanying dust: a) Room G-28 and G-21; The asbestos containing 9x9 floor tiles in the 1964 building were not maintained and the floor areas underneath all the office chairs on rollers were visibly worn and there was a fine white dust on the floor. This potentially exposes employees to asbestos fibers.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a) Room G28; There were two doors in the workspace and the door which lead to the exit corridor was not marked with an EXIT sign.
