Jet horizontal bandsaw Employees were thereby exposed to hazards associated with unguarded saw blades and rotating/moving parts.

The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection. a. Entire facility - On or about June 3, 2014, the employer had not adequately certified periodic inspections of the established energy control procedures in place for employees who perform servicing and maintenance of equipment. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with the unexpected energization of equipment.
