29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist:   On or about at 06/06/14 located at 247 Flowing Meadows Dr., Kathleen, GA:  The employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections where employees were installing trusses without fall protection, no fall protection training, no hard hats, no safety glasses and the skill saw was wedged.

On or about at 06/06/14 located at 247 Flowing Meadows Dr., Kathleen, GA: Employees were exposed to eye injury, where employees were using a pneumatic nail gun and a skill saw without safety glasses.
