29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds per employee attached: a). On or about 6/04/2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 74 feet while working from the edge of a roof with a lanyard which was secured to the structure of a gazebo. NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THIS ITEM.
