29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g) and (h) will be met:    (a) Andreas Artistic Furs and Leather Ltd, dba A. Tsagas Custom Furs and Leather, at 974 South Monaco Parkway, Denver, CO: On and preceding 6/9/14, Andreas Artistic Furs and Leather Ltd had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g) and (h) will be met.  Hazardous chemicals located in the workplace included, but are not limited to the following:    1.  Preservation Solutions Leather Cleaner;  2.  Great White Bottling Inc Great White Odor Eliminator;  3.  2-Propanol;  4.  Fiebing's Edge Kote black polish;  5.  Bee Natural Leathercare RTC Sheridan Resist & Finish; and  6.  Hexane.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:  (a) Andreas Artistic Furs and Leather Ltd, dba A. Tsagas Custom Furs and Leather, at 974 South Monaco Parkway, Denver, CO: On and preceding 6/9/14, Andreas Artistic Furs and Leather Ltd did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein.  Employees used chemicals, including hexane, to remove stains from leather.  Hexane was stored in an unlabeled secondary container.  The employer did not ensure that the secondary container of hexane was labeled with the identity of the contents.  This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard.
