29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely:  a) On or about April 23, 2014, Wolverine Building Group, as the controlling employer, failed to ensure that the "eyebrow" roof structures above the doors of a clubhouse construction project were structurally sound before employees put their body weight on them in order to place roofing materials.  These employees were exposed to fall hazards as a result and one such structure collapsed after an employee stepped on it from a ladder.  The employee was seriously injured.
