This noise survey was conducted during a normal work shift on the Coal Slag Blaster for a sampling period of 249 minutes on 6/11/14. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 231 minutes.         b) Containment Area 2, an employee performed coal slag blasting was exposed to noise levels of 778.0% of OSHA permissible exposure level. 778.0% is equivalent to 104.8 dBA (8-hour time weighted average). This noise survey was conducted during a normal work shift on the Coal Slag Blaster for a sampling period of 275 minutes on 6/11/14. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 205 minutes.         c) Containment Area 2, an employee performed coal slag blasting was exposed to noise levels of 640.7% of OSHA permissible exposure level.640.7% is equivalent to 103.3 dBA (8-hour time weighted average). This noise survey was conducted during a normal work shift on the Coal Slag Blaster for a sampling period of 291 minutes on 6/11/14. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 189 minutes.
