29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) West Jobsite - On or about June 05, 2014 employee installing metal framing while standing on the edge of a flat roof without the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems. The employee was exposed to a fall height of 12 feet.
