29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about June 10, 2014, and at times prior there to, an employee was not wearing a body harness or lanyard while working from an aerial lift. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard. OSHA recognizes that a body belt is not sufficient and the use of a full body harness is required.
