29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.      On or about June 11, 2014 at residential structure located at or near 14019 Overcreek, Woodlands Edge, Little Rock, AR 72211, the employer did not ensure an employee installing siding from the roof was properly protected by the use of safety glasses while using the pneumatic nail gun. The employee was observed exposed to eye impalement hazards.

On or about June 11, 2014 at residential structure located at or near 14019 Overcreek, Woodlands Edge, Little Rock, AR 72211, the employer did not ensure an employee was properly trained in fall protection. The employee was observed working from the roof greater than 10 feet to the ground below.
