Food Prep Room-Cooks clean the convection oven with Super Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner which is corrosive and suitable facilities for flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use, on or about 6-11-14.  c.) Dishwasher Area-Dishwashers add Delimer Pro Power which is a corrosive, to the dishwasher and suitable facilities for flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use, on or about 6-11-14.
