29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) 15 Congress St., Easthampton, MA: On or about June 9, 2014, 2 employees were roofing this building more than 20 ft. above the ground below without fall protection. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
