29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  24 Overbrook Road, West Hartford Job Site - On or about 6-12-14 - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet above ground with no fall protection in use while stripping and installing roof shingles.   The Mike Jr. Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314404559, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6-30-11, with respect to a workplace located at 169 North Quaker Lane, West Hartford, CT.  The Mike Jr. Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311783526, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 1-5-10, with respect to a workplace located at 115 Spencer Street, Winsted, CT.
