29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:  a.  Stonewater Creek Subdivision, 4778 Gablestone Drive, Lot #28A, Hoschton, GA (Jobsite) -  Employees were exposed to fall  hazards.  Employees were in the process of installing hardi-plank siding to the exterior side of the newly constructed home while working off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 18 feet above ground, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 06/12/14.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a.  Stonewater Creek Subdivision, 4778 Gablestone Drive, Lot #28A, Hoschton, GA (Jobsite) -  Employees were exposed to fall  hazards.  An employee was working, installing siding, from a make-shift working 2x10 wooden platform approximately 18ft. above ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 06/12/14.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were not used for the purpose for which they were designed:  a.  Stonewater Creek Subdivision, 4778 Gablestone Drive, Lot #28A, Hoschton, GA (Jobsite) - Employee was exposed to fall hazard.  An employee is using the top rung of an 28ft. aluminum portable extension ladder as a brace for the 2x10 working platform, which was not the ladder intended purpose, on or about 06/12/14.  b.  Stonewater Creek Subdivision, 4778 Gablestone Drive, Lot #28A, Hoschton, GA (Jobsite) - Employee was exposed to fall hazard.  An employee is using a 7ft. aluminum portable ladder as a crawling chicken board ladder which was used as steps to gain access to an upper level side of the home, on or about 06/12/14.
