Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  a. Warehouse Area- on or about June 12, 2014, employees were required to access obstructed panel boxes. The panel boxes were obstructed with several wooden pallets of bagged mineral product, one wooden pallet of 55 gallon containerized chemical product, and two stored pallet jacks. Thereby exposing employees to shock, electrocution, and fire hazard(s).
