The employer allowed for "Hot Parts" to be stored/ staged along the East side ramp of the West Assembly Building "Hot Dock" and empty pallets and other no essential items which impede travel along the ramp.

On or about May 6, 2014 an operator of a Crown stand up forklift Model# RC5535-35 was injured by the forks of a Hyster sit-down Model# H50FT being driven by another employee. The Hyster forklift was within 3 truck lengths.
