29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel: On or about June 11, 2014, in the facility, employees required to perform dock activities operated propane-powered forklift trucks with carbon monoxide exhaust emissions as follows: a) Toyota SN #82799: approximately 5.0% idle, approximately 6.0% govern b) Toyota SN #87321: approximately 7.3% idle, approximately 3.5% govern c) Toyota SN #64773: approximately 5.9% idle, approximately 4.3% govern d) Toyota SN #12250: approximately 4.7% govern Con-Way Freight was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 937846, Citation number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/15/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 26 Rt. Business 30, Aurora, IL. 60503.
