Northview Ave., McPherson KS:  Employees engaged in roofing activities using a portable metal extension ladder to access the roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that the ladder did not extend at least 3 feet above the eave and was not secured to the structure.
