29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(3): The employer did not ensure the equipment was removed from service when the daily inspection revealed deficienciies in items (d)(1)(i) through (d)(1)(xiv) of this section: Along the center east section of the construction site, on or about June 12, 2014, and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to crush and struck-by hazards when a Liebherr tubular lattice type crane model LR1100 equipped with a luffing jib was not removed from service when the daily inspection revealed that the jib limiting device was not operating.
