29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:    (a)  Atlas Molding, LLC; Resin Mixing Room - Combustible resin dust was allowed to accumulate on the walls, electrical equipment, table and boxes in the room, on or about June 13, 2014.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a)  Warehouse Area - The upper and lower bandsaw wheels were not completely guarded on the vertical bandsaw, on or about June 13, 2014.    (b) Warehouse Area -The unused portion of the blade extending from the guide rolls and above, as well as the unused portion of the blade and pinch point where the blade contacted the wheel on the back section of the upper wheel were not adequately guarded on the vertical bandsaw, on or about June 13, 2014.
