29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On or about June 11, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not keep clean a workplace due to accumulation of dust on horizontal surfaces and the floor, where employees perform the bagging process of vermiculite. Specialty Vermiculite Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 963636, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1200 NW 15TH Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33069.
