29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) At the facility located on 3417 E. Columbus Dr., Tampa, FL, employees working in the radiator compacting area are exposed to the health hazards associated with inorganic Lead. Three surface samples obtained from the door handles of the compactors and employee's chair located in the area showed concentration of; 25.8, 5.03 and 28.6 micro-grams per square centimeters. No housekeeping had been performed, on or about, 06/05/2014.
