29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling: Establishment: The following electrical equipment were not used in accordance with their listing and labeling: a) Bay #7 - A temporary power tap (TPT) was used to energize portable equipment such as a 14-inch wood band saw, hand grinder, rotor jigsaw and a battery charger. The TPT was connected to an extension cord plugged into a double duplex receptacle. b) Bay #8 - Double duplex receptacle boxes designed to be mounted were used as pendant boxes. These boxes energized equipment such as the Marvel band saw, Miller Millermatic 250 welding machine, and Pedrazzoli 2000 chop saw.
