29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) North portion of roof, 2-4 Cortland Drive, Danville, PA - Employees were on a low-slope roof removing shingles for replacement without any means of fall protection such as a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard that ranged rom seventeen-foot, four-inches (17'4") to twenty two-foot (22') as observed on or about June 16, 2014.
