29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, and at least annually thereafter: a) On or about June 12, 2014 and times prior, employees were exposed to potential illnesses in that, the employees were required to wear a tight-fitting respirator and were not annually fit tested. Abatement Note: Fit testing shall follow the requirements listed in 29 CFR 1910.134(f). Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
