29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: (a) Jobsite: On or about 5/29/2014, the safety monitor was performing work other than his monitoring function when employees were performing work at and adjacent to the leading edge, exposing all employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the lower roof.
