29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a/ Landsberg/Cranbury NJ Site: Warehouse Approx. 50 ft. ceiling. Collapsed corrugated boxes bundled approx. 3 ft. wide, 8 ft. long and 4 ft. high; weighing between 250 to 300 pounds (including but not limited to) were stacked and stored to heights of 15 ft. or more were not secured. The collapsed corrugated boxes were not secured to prevent falling or sliding. Observed on/or about 06/17/2014.
