29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     The employer is failing to provide quick drenching facilities for the eyes with a 15 minute flow in an area where corrosive chemicals are being transported.  The chemicals in question are multiple cleaners and solvents the company provides for its customers.  Although these are household type products they are being shipped in industrial quantities.  The employees have limited exposure based in infrequent shipping intervals.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:     The employer is failing to ensure that the storage racks in this facility are secure.  Storage racks, storing multiple items including, but not limited to, cleaning solvents and chemicals and paper products such as paper towels, the racks that hold them and other business related supplies.  Employees are exposed to struck-by hazards including, but not limited to, material falling from racks and potential collapse.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The written hazard communication program did not include the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non routine tasks, and the hazards associated with chemicals contained in unlabeled pipes in their work areas:   The employer is failing to ensure that the company has a written hazard communications (HAZCOM) program which contains all of the elements required by this subpart.  There is no provision in their written program as to how to deal with nonroutine or unlabeled piping in their facility.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   The employer is failing to provide Hazard Communication training to employees either during their initial assignment or whenever a new physical or health hazard that the employee has not previously been trained for has been introduced into their work area.  Some of the employees in the facility had not received training on the hazards of the chemicals/materials in the facility in which they could be potentially exposed.
