29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 2412 Province Road, Wyomissing Pennsylvania - Employees were exposed to a 15 foot fall when working on a residence without fall protection. The employer did not ensure that conventional fall protection methods were used, on or about June 17, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The employer did not ensure that employees had an understanding of the use and operation of conventional fall protection methods, on or about June 17, 2014.
