29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location: 4017 Clearstream Way, Englewood, OH. On or about June 17, 2014, an employee working for Perez Construction, Inc. was observed standing on the edge of a framed wall installing a roof truss on a residential home and exposed to a fall hazard greater than 11 feet above the ground below without the use of any fall protection. The Perez Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313904146, citation number 1, item number 10 and was affirmed as a final order on July 15, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 219 Willow Spring Road, Zionsville, IN 46077.
