OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck-by moving vehicles:            a) On or about June 18, 2014, employees were exposed to being struck-by a commercial vehicle, such as but not limited to powered industrial trucks, semi-trailers, and trucks, while removing debris from inside the confines and along the outer perimeter of the facility fence.         b) On or about June 18, 2014, employees were exposed to being struck-by a commercial vehicle, such as but not limited to powered industrial trucks, semi-trailers, and trucks, in the loading dock and adjacent yard area while walking to and from the rear of the building from the mandatory security checkpoint.
