29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) Heat Treat Column #1 East - The "Sealtite" flexible conduit was pulled from the connector at the conduit pull box. Conductors carrying a/c voltage ran through the flexible conduit and were subjected to the risk of abrasion where they passed into the box on or about June 17, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
