29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   Center Court and Lane's End Street, Baton Rouge, LA:  On or about May 27, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing operations on a residential home at a height of over six feet wore fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).  The employer did not ensure that employees exposed to fall hazards were trained in fall protection as required by 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(i) through (iii).  Employees were performing roofing operations over six feet high without fall protection.
