29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about June 9, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of 13 feet to ground while installing asphalt shingles with no fall protection. AZ Tech Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947948, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2605 Aspen Way, Billings, MT 59106.
