29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) For the Printer's Edge facility at 6229 Edgewater Drive Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32810, as observed on or about 03/13/2014, a breaker panel near the Kluge Foil Stamping machines, controlling power to lighting and/or other devices, did not have all breakers labeled. M&W Equity Partners, Inc. dba The Printers Edge was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 963541, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/24/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 6229 Edgewater Dr. Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32810.
