29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii): The safety monitor was not on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employees being monitored. a) Rooftop - On or about June 16, 2014, employees were allowed to work on a flat roof installing Thermoplastic (TPO) roofing material at the leading edge near the west and south side corner of the building and the monitor was on the ground level, exposing employees to fall hazards up to 25 feet. The Alabek Commercial Roofing Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311220958, citation 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order March 23, 2010, with respect to workplace located at 170 Hutton Ranch Road, Kalispell, MT 59901. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT REQUIRED
