29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location, 1116 Broadway Street, Cincinnati OH. On or about June 18, 2014, an employee working for The Max Construction Group, LLC was observed on a residential roof extending a roof truss on a renovation apartment building was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 25 feet above the ground below without the use of any fall protection.
