29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On the Route Van, license number G 71 03225, the microwave oven was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead in that it had an accumulation of lead on the door of 7.396 micrograms of lead per 100 square centimeters; b) On the Route Van, license number G 71 03225, the steering wheel was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead in that it had an accumulation of lead of 3.034 micrograms of lead per 100 square centimeters; c) On the man-lift truck, license number E 200324, the steering wheel was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead in that it had an accumulation of lead of 2.709 micrograms of lead per 100 square centimeters.

29 CFR 1910.1027(k)(1): Surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium: a) On the Route Van, license number G 71 03225, the microwave oven was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium in that it had an accumulation of cadmium on the door of 0.946 micrograms of cadmium per 100 square centimeters; b) On the Route Van, license number G 71 03225, the steering wheel was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium in that it had an accumulation of cadmium of 0.790 micrograms of cadmium per 100 square centimeters; c) On the Route Van, license number G 71 03225, the passenger-side workbench was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium in that it had an accumulation of cadmium on the door of 0.745 micrograms of cadmium per 100 square centimeters; d) On the Route Van, license number G 71 03225, the driver-side workbench was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium in that it had an accumulation of cadmium of 0.287 micrograms of cadmium per 100 square centimeters; e) On the man-lift truck, license number E 200324, the steering wheel was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium in that it had an accumulation of cadmium of 0.467 micrograms of cadmium per 100 square centimeters.
