29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) Job Supply Trailer - On or about June 18, 2014 employees were exposed to diesel fuel in a tank with a capacity over 2,000 gallons and they were not protected by a sign or label identifying the material inside the tank.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(4): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were not provided between the top rail of the stairrail system and the stairway steps: (a) Job Supply Trailer - On or about June 18, 2014 employees were exposed to a 47 inch fall hazard while using a stairway to access the Supply Trailer. A proper stairrail system with midrails or equivalent intermediate structural members was not provided between the top rails and the stairway steps.
